1. Are you bringing forward your own habitat bank for the purposes of offering offsite biodiversity units?

4. If the answer to Q3 is yes, what is it and is it expected to cover the long-term cost of habitat delivery?

1. At the moment the Council have no land on the registry.
2. We are in conversation with other Councils and putting together an internal business case for the council to understand the wider implications and to be able to determine which land would be suitable.

5. We do not have a Thurrock template but the Planning Advisory Service have a s106 agreement template which will likely be developed into our own template as our methodology evolves.
