1. Can you confirm the planned consultation end dates along with the planned dates for issuing redundancy notices to staff, that were set out in all service area business cases (where redundancies were in scope) since 1 June 2022 to date.

Note - The information I require is the planned dates in the business cases (not actual dates)

2. Can you also confirm the length of the formal consultation period (e.g 45 days or 30 days) for all service area business cases since 1 June 2022 to date.

Please see examples below as to how this information should be presented. I do not need to know the name of the service area just the dates and information as set out below for each service.

Business Case 1 - March 2024

• Length of the formal consultation period - 30 days
• Formal Consultation Ends - 24 April 2024
• Formal Redundancy notice/outcome letters issued to staff -  1 May 2024

Business Case 2 - June 2024

• Length of the formal consultation period - 45 days
• Formal Consultation Ends - 26 July 2024
• Formal Redundancy notice/outcome letters issued to staff -  1 August 2024
