0-19 Healthy Child Programme
1. What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract duration (start date and end date)?
2. What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme total contract value?
3. Who is the current lead supplier and subcontractors of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme?
4. Has a decision been made as to whether the current contract for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme is being extended or renewed?
5. Is there an extension clause in place for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme? If so, what is the duration of the extension and when would the first extension take effect if the clause was applied?

Family Hubs
1.Who is the commissioning officer responsible for the Family Hubs contract?

1. 1st Sep 2017 to 31st Aug 2024.
2. £29,962,110.
3. The provider is North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT).
4. Yes. The current extension is the maximum and we have gone out to tender for a new contract to commence 1st September 2024.
5. The newly awarded contract has the option to extend by up two years, in one year increments. The first extension year would come into effect on 1st Sep 2027.

7. Infant Feeding support e.g. introduction to solid workshops, support with breastfeeding; e-drop ins for school nursing and other requests for support via social media direct messaging.
8. We are unable to provide details of unsuccessful providers, but the successful provider was NELFT.
9. Senior Programme Manager for Children and Young People with oversight from the Assistant Director, Consultant in Public Health who is responsible for children and young people in Thurrock.
10. We expect to re-commission the contract in early 2027, 2028 or 2029, depending on whether the extension options are taken.
