Please provide information relating to the operation of your duty social worker (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) system for each of your frontline child protection teams

There is a duty assessment team and Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub(MASH)  responding to referrals every working day between 9am and 5pm. There is a manager and social worker responding to enquiries in our Family Support Team and Children with Disability Team  on a duty basis every working day between 9 am and 5pm.

Are children's social workers required to provide the contact details for the duty social worker to their email out of office automatic response?
