No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway, unless as otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The garages and car-ports hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E and F; shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.
There shall be no caravans or boats parked or stored in driveways or parking courts.
Notwithstanding the details on the plans hereby approved, the kitchen window in the rear elevation of 5, 7, 17, 18, 30 & 48 Founes Drive shall be high level windows, with a minimum floor to cill height of 1.7 metres. No alterations to the height, size and location of these windows shall be carried out without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
Notwithstanding the details on the plans hereby approved, the roof light in the second floor rear elevation of 5, 7, 17, 18, 30 & 48 Founes Drive (serving stairwell/landing) shall be permanently fixed glazed with obscure glass prior to the first occupation of those units, and shall be permanently fixed shut or alternatively have top light opening only windows, of a detail to which shall be previously approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Notwithstanding the details on the plans hereby approved there shall be no flank windows, or any other openings, at first or second floor levels of 18 Founes (elevation facing 2 Cumberland), 7 Founes (elevation facing 10 Cumberland), 5 Founes (both flank elevations), and 17 Founes (both flank elevations) with the exception of the high level first floor windows serving the sitting rooms, which shall have a minimum floor to cill height of 1.7m and which shall not be altered in height, size or location without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
