Description | No gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected or constructed beyond the forwardmost part of any wall of the dwelling which fronts a highway. No extensions to the properties (inc garages) shall take place without extra planning permission. The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever. No alterations shall be made to rear windows of 5,7,9 Camden Road & 1 Diana Close without additional planning permission. No caravan/boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings. |
