| Description | Notwithstanding The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no development within Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B or C shall take place on any dwelling on this site. There shall be no additional windows inserted in the front or flank elevations of any of the dwellings hereby permitted without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
