| Description | Notwithstanding the Town & Country Planning [General Permitted Development] Order 2015 [or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification] no window or other openings, other than those shown on the approved plans, shall be formed in the flank walls of the buildings hereby permitted unless specific permission under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has first been sought and obtained in writing from the local planning authority. In addition no extensions to the dwelling or outbuildings within the curtilage of the dwelling shall be erected unless specific permission under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has first been sought and obtained in writing from the local planning authority. |
