| Description | Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1 Classes A and D of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions or porches shall be erected to the dwelling hereby permitted without planning permission having been obtained from the local planning authority.
