To Divert (In part) Public Footpath 141 St Clements Road, West Thurrock
The above Order, made on 10th October 2024, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert in part public Footpath 141 at St Clements Road West Thurrock.
The details of this Order can be viewed on the Councils website, thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices. A copy of the Order together with the plan will be available for inspection by appointment for a period of 28 days at the Civic Offices, New Road, GRAYS RM17 6SL, during normal office hours between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made via email: [email protected] or by telephone 01375 652652.
Any representations about or objections to the order must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made and sent via email to [email protected] or to the address above to arrive on or before Friday 14th November 2024. Any objection may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Thurrock Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
