Projects connecting the station with Port of Tilbury landing stage. Infrastructure and public realm works:
- Project A: Station Hub
- Project B: Hairpin Bridge
- Project C: Ferry Road Trail
- Project D: Tilbury Pier Approach
- Project E: Match funding for Heritage Lottery Fund – Tilbury Riverside Station.
