Processing your application
When we receive a planning application there are eight steps we take that lead to us making a decision.
- Step 1 - the application is registered
- Step 2 - the application is publicised
- Step 3 - views of relevant bodies are sought
- Step 4 - the site is inspected
- Step 5 - the application is assessed
- Step 6 - material effects are considered
- Step 7 - amendments may be negotiated
- Step 8 - a decision is reached
