Payment provider transition is complete.Payments via online and telephone are available. Services under Pay for it, are available.

While the majority of payments in most service areas will be available after 1 PM, several service forms will be unavailable until Friday 29th November, 1 PM. This includes the form(s) in this section.

Request a new bin

The property occupier is responsible for replacing damaged or stolen bins.

Costs are:

  • £50 for a new wheeled bin
  • £30 for a new wheeled bin if you are aged 60 or over
  • £30 for a new wheeled bin if you receive certain benefits – proof of entitlement will be needed
  • free for a new food caddy (maximum 1 per eligible household) or an outdoor food recycling bin (maximum 2 per eligible household)

Report a damaged or missing bin

You can request new waste containers if you have moved into a new property or have reported a damaging or missing (stolen) waste container that needs to be replaced, using our online form below. On receiving your request, we will contact you to take payment where applicable.
